Is Scarf the Thicker the Better
There Two Types of Scarf: Thin Scarf ( For Summer and Autumn, weight: 30g to 60g) and Thick Scarf ( for Cold Winter and Eearly Spring 70g to 150g) and Large Winter Shawl (200g to 400g, normally about 350g). The Right Scarf can always make you look Stylish and also keep you Cool or Warm. We want a Scarf to look fabulous and meanwhile portable.
Usually we met two types of Client: the lighter the better and the heavier the better. One Client said they wanted custom a Wool Shawl and it must about 500g. And one other Client want a Wool Scarf which is Jacquard and Double Layers with very interesting Size ( Like Width 18cm, for winter Scarf ? Thick Wool ? ). I gave the advice it’s NOT the Heavier the Better. The Experience of wearing scarf feeling cozy and breathable is also very important.
Also for Silk Scarf thicker than 16m/m is not suitable for Digital Printing. Wool less than 72S is not suitable for Digital Printing. And for Cashmere 200S is the best weight for Digital Printing.
Some Clients insist to use the thicker like more than 19m/m for Silk Scarf to show the Luxury and Difference of their Designs. For Brand Quality Designs 16m/m and 19m/m Silk ( Silk Satin, Silk CDC and Silk Twill ) is the best and Screen Printing is a Good Idea.
We would like to give Clients advice kindly because we are experience in Producing of course if you need. And Please forgive my Poor English and Straight Forward Personality. But we are will be very Serious, Faithful, Trustworthy and Honest Partner.
